Jones Estate lies along S.C. 170, Okatie Highway, north of its junction with May River Road (S.C. 46), with Gibbet Road and the western end of Bluffton Parkway near its eastern edge, according to OpenStreetMap. Buckwalter is to the east, New Riverside to the south and the Okatie area and Sun City to the north. About 88% of the district is in ZIP code 29909 and 12% in 29910.
